Zipcode error Illinois

Hello,

 

I have delete the form and filled it out again but still keeps telling me my zipcode and city are incorrect.

 

Chicago, ILL, 60657 but it wont accept it.

 

HELP!!!

    I'm not sure which form you are referring to. 

    Could it be that you are add the "ILL" 

    If this is the Illinois state return, should it just be Chicago 60657 or Chicago IL 60657?

    Hey thanks for the quick reply. the form is asking for county, city, state and zip. 🤔 🤔

    Cook County, Chicago, IL 60657

     

    are you entering ILL or IL or is it a drop-down list for the state?

    Just a hunch. But is the address physically inside the borders (red shaded area) of the "updated" map at https://www.zipdatamaps.com/60657

    I take note that the official US Postal Service name for 60657 is CHICAGO, Illinois. While you can abbreviate the state with it's 2-letter designation of IL, you can't abbreviate the city name.

    I know this may sound silly but make sure the zero is not the letter "O" you are trying to type.
