I purchased Turbtax home amd Business. I cannot download it because it is missding some forms.

YUP, bought my copy from Amazon, loaded it, and after 1 1/2 hrs, still couldn't work the program like I have for the last 8 years. Called TT and took over 30 mins to find it was a BAD DISK/Program, and all that time was wasted. Then I had to buy another program from them, (wasn't their fault) and took another 45 minutes to get old program off and put new download on. Asking for a Refund, BUT bought it in January, but didn't open till last week, as just didn't have time. Will likely pull the time limit on me, and I'll get royally screwed all the way through. Good news was TT first person, NOT very smart - wasted 40 mins, THEN upgraded me to another lady, smarter and got me up and running. That's all about 4 hrs. of my life I'll never get back, and $70. for a BAD PROGRAM.
