Can we both file as married but separate and as HOH husband has child support coming out of return lived together entire year and split bills both make the same salary

Would you be able to tell me how do I file the form?  is it supposed to be mailed in separately or can it be e-filed together when I do the taxes on turbotax?

You can e-file the Injured Spouse form with your return.

To go to the form

- Federal Taxes  (Personal for Home & Business or Self-Employed)
- Other Tax Situations
- Other Tax Forms
- Miscellaneous Tax Forms, click Start
- Report an injured or innocent spouse claim
- Click Start
