Your support is a joke, it's worthless!

Just wanted to say that your support is bad, running people around to help groups, videos, FAQ's, automated responses and the like with no good way to chat or actually speak to someone is really poor. People spend hrs trying to find answers to their questions and more than likely come up empty handed. I've needed some assistance the last 2 years and could not get it, I became very frustrated and had to resolve the problems myself. I've used Turbotax for several years but this is my last. In case you haven't noticed I'm very upset, disappointed and frustrated with you folks and this worthless support system you've setup.
