How the hell do I call if there’s no number to be found! I just uninstalled the **bleep** program and reinstalled and lost 2 of the 4 forms I was able to get and it still does not update

Guess what ????? This morning I got 9 yes 9 emails saying that the forms I need are ready for download! And guess again, nothing downloads or shows available and program says that it’s up to date. You suck your program sucks even more because I paid for it!!!!!!!!’n
