Call the credit card company and ask.

I called and was told the reason my card  declined the renewal was that there had been a new credit card mailed to me and that it has not been activated.  They went ahead and activated in so the charge will be accepted.  Please retry your charge and it should go through.  Thank you, John T Mayo
