Why do we have a 2106EZ form?

My wife and I filed as Married filing jointly. She is employed and received W2s. I am self-employed and received 1099. Our mortgage company is questioning why we have a 2106EZ form in our Turbo Tax documents. How do I answer?

Why do we have a 2106EZ form?

You use this to claim your unreimbursed (W-2) employee business expenses if you use the standard mileage rate for claiming vehicle expense.
