I filed my taxes 2/13/18 and my e-file was rejected to i mail them but I’ve yet to receive my refund and when I look them up they can’t be found

You tried to track your refund at  Where's My Refund? and it doesn't show up? You can try calling the IRS at 800-829-1040 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time and see if they received it. If not then I would recommend mailing the return with tracking.
