You should get a receipt of payment from TurboTax via your email.

If you are talking about receipt of payment to the IRS -- you can set up a personal account on the IRS website and view payments.

https://www.irs.gov/payments

Click on View your Account. It will also help you set up an account.

My major concern about getting a receipt is whether TurboTax included the penalty ($92) from Form 2210 with the tax due ($4131). It appears that the two were combined into the total but I have no receipt saying that nor a receipt for the total payment (deducted from my credit union account). So when do I get something from TurboTax or the IRS that says what I paid on April 15 at my filing date?

It might be easiest to set up an account with them.
