You're using a different TurboTax account this year We've noticed that you are using a different account this year. We recommend using the same account every year.

i don't think i used a dif account.. and the phone number in the email doesn't match turbotax numbers?  is this legit or a scam?

You're using a different TurboTax account this year We've noticed that you are using a different account this year. We recommend using the same account every year.

Even though you only use one email address, it is still possible that you have an additional account. You can check to see if you may have multiple Intuit accounts by following the steps in the below help article.

How many Intuit accounts do I have with TurboTax?

 

Don't click on anything in the email,  just make sure you are using the same account this year. You can also try recovering your account with your phone number. All  you need is the account information that was used to set up your account. If you don't have that information or you need assistance getting back into your account, you can follow the steps in this TurboTax FAQ here.

I followed the directions and there only appears to be one account.. (it did make me change my pw).
