Try going through the Federal and State Review Process, it should guide you to what exactly needs to be fixed.  To go through the review process for your Federal Return, follow these steps:

1. While in your Tax Home,
2. Scroll down on the left side of your screen and 
3. Select Review,
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to get through this section.

For your State Return review, 

1. While in your Tax Home,
2. Scroll down on the left side of your screen and 
3. Select State,
4. Select State Review from the top menu,
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to get through this section.
