You do not need to report the 1095-C. Since your insurance was received from an employer and not the marketplace, you do not need to reconcile anything on your return. The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act removed any penalty for not having insurance for the full year. However, your state may still have a health insurance requirement.

The 1095-A is for health insurance purchased on the Marketplace. Sometimes, the insurance premiums are subsidized by the government based on the projected income. When the tax returns are submitted, then there is a reconciliation of the projected income with the actual income. If the income is higher, then some of the premium is paid back by the taxpayer.
