HI I WAS WONDERING IF I COULD FILE MARRIED MY HUSBAND IS IN PRISON AND HE OWES STUDENT LOANS WILL I STILL GET MY REFUND BACK

You can still file a joint return, even if your husband had no earnings.  To protect your refund, you file an Injured Spouse form.  Here's how:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1910698-how-do-i-file-form-8379-injured-spouse-allocation
