I am not ready to file my federal taxes, but I want to download and mail my state return (as I am not allowed to e-file it). How can I download it now?

You can purchase the download from TurboTax.com, but your federal has to be filed before your state. So just print off your return and mail in your state. They may accept your return but just letting you know that you have to file federal first. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.
