Is a driver's license required in order to efile?

My children are minors but still need to file a return.  I have completed their return in TurboTax but when I try to efile it, I am asked for their drivers license number.  They do not have a drivers license yet, so how do I get past this?

You can continue past that screen. It is not a requirement, it is an extra level of security, but you do not have to fill in this information.
