Why does my state download say "DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL" even though I did everything and it all checked out...

You are seeing the DO NOT FILE message on your state paperwork because your state forms are not ready to file by mail.  You will need to wait until the final version of the form has been released before it will be ready to print and mail your return. 

TurboTax works with each state to get the forms finalized and ready for mailing.  As soon as the state has released the final version of their forms, the file by mail version will not have DO NOT FILE printed on the forms.

See the information below for more information about state form availability.  Pay close attention to the information shown, there may be different availability for filing online versus filing by mail.
