You all file for an extension for my federal taxes yesterday I wish to extend my state taxes as well I live in Virginia

Virginia grants all taxpayers an automatic 6-month extension of time to file (not to pay). The extended tax return due date is November 1, 2019. You do not need to file a form to get a Virginia state tax extension.
