Yet again I place my order and the discounts are not applied. I am tired of calling every single year to fight for some sort of refund.

I used tp file regular, then had to use deluxe, now I have to use Premier because I have to file the same as I did previously.  When does the greed stop?  There are no discounts at all especially for returning customers.  I am so dissatisfied with Turbo Tax.  Does anyone have the answer as to why discounts are never applied before processing order?

If the TurboTax price changed after you started your return but before you paid for TurboTax, it might have been a limited-time offer. Limited time offers must be paid for during the promotion period.
