If I have puerto rico state in my w2 can I still file my federal tax ??

Yes, if you have a W2 (see screenshot below), a valid SSN or ITIN, and Box 15 is populated with a withholding for Puerto Rico, you can file a Federal Income Tax Return on TurboTax. Unfortunately TurboTax does not offer a product to prepare your Income Tax Return for the Departamento de Hacienda de Puerto Rico. This must be prepared by other means.
