This is mainly a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support. No one here in the user community will know what you are talking about unless you explain your situation in full. This is the first thread you have started in this forum.
We don't know if you successfully filed or not. But we can tell you how to check.
Log in to your Online account. At the Tax Home what term does it use for your return--does it say accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?
Once you report that status, we can try to figure out what your situation is. If it turns out you didn't successfully efile, we can tell you how to open the return back up and go through the FILE screens again to transmit the return.
The program is interview based and all you have to do is continue thru all the screens to efile the return ... the FILE tab at the end of the interview tells you to complete all 3 steps ... the TT program is a DIY situation and failure to read the screens and complete the required steps to file is a user error and not the program's ...
