I filed my taxes April 18 10:30pm, the confirmation page said I filed 1:24am April 19. Why is this?

Local time zone is what controls the timeliness of your return.  So, as long as your filed on time in your time zone, then your return is on time.  The TurboTax report you are seeing shows EST because that is the time zone of the IRS office.  But, the internal transmission report will be timestamped with your local time
