I purchased the state e-file for $19.99. However, the transaction was processed for $24.99. I have screen shots of the $19.99 offer and the $24.99 billing to provide.

Wow!  This is how you treat a long time Turbo Tax customer?  If the price is going to change, then you should reflect it in the software.  Every time I open Turbo Tax I have to wait for endless downloads and updates.  You mean to tell me that you can't update the software so that it displays the correct price?  Your software clearly states right before I am about to file that the prices is $19.99.  Talk about a deceptive practice.  I thought you were better than this.  Next year I'm going to Kiplinger's.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent –

The discounts went away 3/1 ... so the price now is $24.99  or you can print, ink sign and mail in the return for the price of a stamp, ink and paper.
