I purchased TY 2022 Home&Business TT, installed it, activated it and registered it. Today 03/17/2024 I needed to file taxes for TY 2022 , and when I opened program it asked me for activation code. Since I activated product already , I thought that Intuit will have registration information. I called customer service and after 1 hour and 35 minutes we went around and around trying to get activation code. Finally they asked me for product number and when I gave it to them , they told me it was incorrect product number. I was transferred to the Supervisor, who basically told me that there is nothing she can do to activate my product and that there is nobody else that I can talk with.
