Working on my son's very basic tax returns, but somehow got into a paid package. How do I switch to the free filing?

If you have not registered, paid or e-filed you can clear and start over in a lower version of the software.

The easiest way is to go online and set up a new return with a new ID and Password.

Go to Intuit TurboTax and click the Start for Free button
