Won't update

Hello,

I'm using a CD version of Turbo Tax Home and Business 2020.  I can't get it to update so I can work on depreciation for my rental properties.  Also it is still showing 1099-Misc instead of 1099-NEC.  Any ideas?

First, save your tax file. Then, try deleting your cookies, clearing your cache and rebooting. If that doesn't work, use a different web browser. See the following:

• How to clear your cache

If that doesn't work, uninstall your current version of TurboTax and re-install it.

I have the CD version of TurboTAx Business 2020, so I'm not working in a browser.  Deleting the cookies or caches are not going to do anything for me.

Try updating your version of TurboTax using the instructions in the article below.  If you are still having trouble, try using the manual update procedure through the link in the article:
