I've been using turbotax on this chromebook for years.  My browser is the current version of Chrome.  Now, no matter what online link I use, it takes me to the browser download link.  How do I sign in?

You cannot use the CD/download on a Chromebook.  The CD/download has never worked on a Chromebook.    You need a full PC or Mac.  If you only have a Chromebook you can use the online software.

You just log into your online account and it will transfer 2021 into 2022

If you can't find your account.   It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
