Won't accept AGI
Having problems verifying my identify. It won't take my AGI from last year.
Try using a Zero for your 2020 AGI. The IRS was and still is backlogged which caused allot of 2020 returns to be processed late or have not been processed yet, this has caused allot of 2020 AGI to be rejected. When that happens then using Zero usually gets you through to accepted.
