With the new tax laws for 2019, will I still be able to deduct my alimony payments?

Yes. Alimony deductions will be going away, but the provision would only apply to new divorce and separation agreements,  signed after Dec. 31, 2018.

Yes, if the divorce decree, ordering the alimony,  is dated 2018 or earlier.
