Just wanted to let Intuit know that your failure to support Windows10 means that you are losing a 20 year customer.    On to HR  Block.

    Senior-level management does not read the posts on this board and they probably wouldn't care if they did.

     

    Writing a letter might get noticed at some level. This board is for TurboTax users to ask operational questions and questions re tax law, regulations, and procedures.

    In future years,  H&R can also decide to require W111. There have been some discussions that, sooner or later, all DIY desktop software providers will stop supporting desktop prep

    Or future year (THIS year) since the ESU (individual) program for W10 expires this October.
