WILLING TO PAY FOR AN ANSWER!!

TT support and no one else can answer this question:

 

WHY IS THE "ELECTRONIC FILING HISTORY REPORT" SHOWING MULTIPLE ENTRIES

OF "SUCCEEDED AGENCY"?...I have all my other communications of acceptances for state and federal but this darn report doesn't want to give me the chronological detailed events that it has in prior years. It probably doesn't matter now since my returns have been accepted, but it would be a nice to have for my records.

I've tried other browsers and updating TT also.

Because of a browser error or a computer programming glitch.   Since you say it is happening with other browsers, something in the program is wrong.   It will probably get caught and then fixed in some update, someday.
