We don't know if Wells Fargo advisors data will be available for import in this public forum. But, we do have instructions on how you can manually enter a large number of stock transactions into your online Turbo Tax account.
They are listed on the Partner list to import. When you try to import it should give you a date available if it's not ready yet.

Entry of the tax data manually isn’t a good response. Manual entry of large trade volume is promoting entry errors. Importing tax data has been standard in past years ( for Wells Fargo advisors). Why not investigate the true issue instead of push a customer to enter a larger amounts of data manually. The import is one of the reasons I’ve used TurboTax in the past. There is an issue, solve it so the clients with Wells Fargo advisors tax data can import as done in past years. Feel free to contact me if you wish to use my scenario for troubleshooting this issue for all Wells Fargo advisors clients. Thank you
I totally agree, there is no way I am going to manually input hundreds of lines!! What is wrong with Wells Fargo Advisors this year?!!
I just got off of the phone with a TT customer support person (she actually called me, because I put a neutral happy face on one of the feedback questions - they have to call everyone who does not do a full smiley face or a 7 or less on the final rating - NICE!).
Since I had her on the phone, I brought up the TT WFA issue. She told me that TT and Wells Fargo Advisors are still working on this known issue and there is not a "fix" date yet. She read the comment to me from her community posting site.
Yes, they both know about the upload issue (not working) and they are trying to fix it. One of these community streams mentions that TT cannot read special characters: ridiculous. Another member changed her password and it still did not work.
If you are like me and you want to file your taxes by 2/28 to get the very nice discount ($20 off of Federal and $10 off of State), then you can call them right before you pay for the filing (if you cannot get them filed because of this issue) and get a "voucher" code to still get your discount.
Thank you for sharing. I experienced TT and WFA pointing their fingers at each other. These 2 institutions should be able to solve the interface issues(if they value their clients). Your post is very helpful.
This is a known issue we are working to resolve. You can sign up for progress notifications and updates in the below TurboTax help article.
Why can't I import from Wells Fargo Advisors?
It would be helpful to be notified when the issue is resolved. The provided link doesn't provide access to doing so
@lagoodrich401 You are posting to an old thread that has had no activity since 2022. What is the issue you are currently having?
The data from wells did flow in to turbo tax…..no issue this year
oops - had 2022 on the brain doing 2022 taxes. There is another thread around this in terms of importing issues from WFA to TT - I'll jump back to that one!
