Will turbo tax charge me for their service fee if I have to go and reconstruct my taxes again somewhere else?

I used turbo tax to file my taxes and decided I would pay the service free with my federal refund. I haven’t gotten my refund because The IRS send me a letter of additional things I need to fix and send them but I don’t know how and turbo tax isn’t too clear so I’m going to an actual tax person, therefor turbo tax hasn’t charged me for anything. but the tax person is  going to charge me to reconstruct my taxes again. If they’re charging me will turbo tax charge me as well?

In short, no. You will only need to pay if you follow the entire way through to the end and efile.
