Will TT'25 work on a non_UEFI PC that was upgraded to WIN11? There are a number of ways to install WIN11 on a non-WIN11 compliant computer. Will TT'25 work on these older systems that have been upgraded to WIN11? I don't want to waste my time and money on Intuit and TT'25 if it will not work on an older computer that has been upgraded to WIN11.

What is non_UEFI? If you upgraded to Windows 11 Turbo Tax should work.

UEFI is the modern method for loading the operating system on the PC and provides enhanced security over the use of an old-fashioned BIOS. Standard Windows 11 installation requires the use of UEFI.
I suspect that TurboTax requires and checks for Windows 11 not for any security reasons but instead for software compatibility reasons, and does not check the boot method or for TPM presence. Maintaining compatibility with older OS versions can increase software development and maintenance costs and is probably the main reason for the Windows 11 requirement.
There are numerous YouTube videos explaining how to install Win11 on personal computers without UEFI and those without TPM 2.0 CPUs. The question is specifically whether TT25 uses any of the new security features of Win11 or simply checks for the presence of Win11. I don't want to spend my money on TT25 only to find out that it will not function on my system and I have no intention of buying a new computer, and contributing hazardous waste landfill because of MS greed. In some areas, electronics being disposed are deemed to be hazardous waste.
