Will the "What-if" analysis in the downloadable version of TurboTax 2024 be updated to reflect the changes in the BBB tax bill?

I'm particularly interested in the impact of the SALT deduction increase.

Nothing in the new tax law affects 2024 tax returns. I doubt that TurboTax will update the What-If Worksheet in the 2024 software to reflect the changes that will take effect for 2025.

You can see the impact of the higher SALT cap by fooling the worksheet. In the What-If Worksheet enter your higher SALT deductions (up to the higher limit) as gifts to charity instead of as state and local taxes. The effect on your taxes will be the same.
