Will the 1040 forms become available today?

If the Online date for availability is 01/18/18 which today? However, when I try to e-file it's stating IRS has not made forms available as of yet? Is this just pertaining to e-filing with TurboTax?

Most forms are scheduled to be updated today, January 18, but we don't know what time of day that means. TurboTax is programmed from California and its still early there. Try again later today or tonight.
