Will someone help me with boxes 18-20?

    On what form?  A W-2?

    Yes. In box 18, I have multiple lines with the same numbers, but in box 19 they’re different and In box 20, those with the same numbers in box 18 are from the same locality. And they will not let me continue because they’re the same. Am I supposed to just add them up?

    If the Locality name in box 20 is the same then add all the amounts in box 18 and enter as one number, the same for box 19.

    So boxes 18, 19 and 20 will be just one line on the W-2.
