Will not transmit returns programs wants update no update available

I have re-booted my PC and I still get the "there is an update available for you version" but when I go to Online->Check for updates  it returns  Your software is up  to date

I advise you to check that your operating system is up to date.

I also advise that your clear the data history on the web browser you are using. This can cause transmission issues.
