We understand that a number of clients are experiencing challenges regarding the receipt of their stimulus payment and are working to resolve this with the IRS. Please click on the following link for additional information: Why Haven’t I Received My Second Stimulus Check?
This in no way answered my question and seems like a computer generated answer. Even "I don't know" would have been more helpful.

You have to check the IRS website for your payment information. If it says that a payment will be mailed, then it will be mailed to the last address the IRS has on file for you. There is no way to contact the IRS to have them change the mailing address at this point in time and you will just have to hope the check gets forwarded to you. If the IRS website says your payment information is not available, that means you will claim the credit on your tax return instead of getting a payment in the mail.
