No. The IRS can not access your Turbotax account and Turbotax receives no notifications of any change made to your return and has no authority to change your return. you could always "amend" your return but not file it. If you change the original, rather than amend, you may not be able to e-file next year because the AGI on the adjusted return will not match the AGI on the 2020 return as filed.  another option a week or two after your return is fully processed is to download your tax return transcript.
