Will i be penalized from my rejection

I had a rejection notice this morning because of an income number that was transferred wrong by TurboTax, since the correct taxes were filed today will i be penalized?

No, not if it was corrected and resent today - you are allowed 5 business days to fix a rejected return before it will be considered late. Keep an eye on your email for notifications to make sure the return was officially accepted.
