Wife works and has residency in another state

My wife has worked the whole year in Oklahoma where she has residency.  I am trying to file married but filing separately, because Turbo Tax wants to use a Non Resident form for her.  Also, TT is including my income in determining the AGI when I do not work or reside in Oklahoma.  How do I accomplish my goal of filing the Federal as joint and her return for Oklahoma but only including her income and not mine?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Sincerely,

Wife works and has residency in another state

Oklahoma allows married people who file a joint federal return but are residents of different states to either file a state separate return or a joint return in which both spouses are treated as residents but you can take the credit for taxes paid to the non-Oklahoma spouses income.  In TurboTax, to file a separate Oklahoma return, see How do I prepare a joint federal return and separate state returns?
