Why wouldn't Turbotax Premier file my Federal and State extensions?

I was forced to print and mail the Federal form 4868 extension instead of efiling it. I was forced to go to my state's website to file my state extension.

We filed our federal taxes correctly, went over it a few times and we received a letter that we still owe more money. Can TurboTax assist us with this?

I requested TurboTax to file my city tax return in addition to federal and state. City states it did not receive. how do I check to see if it was filed and get a copy
