Why would a downloaded PDF return differ from what is shown in the etax file when loaded in turbo tax desktop? It seems like turbotax forgot to add one of my w2 when file

I have gotten a letter from the IRS (CP22A) and they have added additional taxes. My question is why would the downloaded PDF (From Intuit) differ from the numbers in the downloaded etax file? The downloaded PDF is incorrect, but the etax file when loaded in Turbotax desktop is correct. Also the AGI when looking on the turbotax website for the year 2020 return is also correct. Only doc that is missing a w2 is the downloaded PDF. Why would they differ?
