Mine was specifically rejected due to lack of banking information which by the way I filed with TurboTax And received and registered my TurboTax card and received my refund on it over two months ago! And have continued to keep the account active! So please explain why this is, when mine was labeled as direct deposit with the Turbo Card? What banking information would have been lacking through my refund when it was already used with my income tax refund ? And now I can’t even access the app or the phone line to be able to get my routing number and account number to update it through the IRS ?
