Why was my return rejected even though I submitted the request ?

This is mainly a user community forum.  We don't know what your story is, and have no way of knowing of what "the request" is that you submitted.  What do you mean by "return rejected?"    If you explain your situation, someone may be able to comment.   This is a public Internet forum so don't post any personal info here.
