Why was my refund rejected?

Check your email and see what the rejection code is then come back and let us know. Some rejections can not be fixed and you will need to mail your return.

The State return was rejected because the Federal return is still pending. 

The Federal return is still pending because the IRS does not start accepting them until the 27th. 

Not all States need a copy of the Federal return, but apparently your does. 

Be sure to check your account after the 27th and make sure they were both filed and accepted.
