Why was i charged to file my State taxes, I thought it was covered as Fed is? Also, how many Fed & State returns are covered in the Deluxe Pkg?

TurboTax Federal Free Edition is  free for simple federal returns. Regrettably, State is additional the free state promotion ended on March 16th.
