Why should I pay again when I purchased a program that cost $30 from Costco?

The Online version and Desktop program are different things.  I see people all the time that have bought the CD/Download Desktop Software but then somehow ended up using the Online version and didn't know it.  If that happened to you,  you can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info. Post back if you need to know how to move it to your Desktop program.

Oh, I see your Mac is too old to install the Desktop program.  Is that why you are in the Online version?  You should get a refund for the Desktop program from Costco or try calling in.  When you fill out the form use the word BILLING ISSUES instead of the word “refund.” Contact Customer Service
