We don't know. What is the rejection code and rejection message on the TurboTax email you received for the rejected tax return?
IND-031-04 is the message but doesn't makes sense considering I never changed the number.

That is for an incorrect 2019 AGI. If you have the correct 2019 AGI from the 2019 tax return that you filed and the IRS has rejected that number, then try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file again.
Returns get rejected usually due to a personal information mis-match at the IRS receiving computer.
This requires researching the correct combination of name, date of birth, social security number, street address and zip code.
You can test this out by going on the web to "Get My Payment" and enter your information. It tells you immediately about your stimulus ( aka EIP) checks or rejects your inquiry because of this information mis-match.
The only way to straighten this out is with the social security administration.
Good Luck!
When I did the "get my payment" it once again said "Payment Status not available because : we don't have enough information yet"
I've tried that as well and it didn't work

Then you will have to print and mail your tax return. See this TurboTax support FAQ for how to print a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
