Why Robinhood $20 discount not applied?

I am using TurboTax Premier service, still I dont see $20 robinhood discount is applied, I only see $15 applied. Why is that?

That link didn't help - the discount is still not applied. Please assist.

 This is a new forum layout. Some posts that have June 2019 dates are really older posts from the old forum that got moved over. So they might be for prior years and not current info. When they migrated over the dates got changed to June 2019. And the screen shots got deleted. 

You have to log in each time though the partners website.

That link is a year old ... log into your Robinhood account to link into the TT program so the discount will be applied ... it is the ONLY way to get the price reduction.
